Custom catering can depend on your group size, menu preferences, and function style. We are able to accommodate hot and cold Hors D'oeuvres, grazing boards, sandwich platters, desserts, buffet, private in-home, and platted with or without service. 

 

Hors D'oeuvres

  • Vegetarian Spring rolls - julienne vegetables, rice paper, rice noodle, cilantro citrus ginger vinaigrette, maple balsamic vinaigrette (gf, df, vegan)

  • Bruschetta - house made focaccia, swiss, marinated romas, fresh basil (df optional, vegetarian)

  • Spanakopita - spinach, feta, garlic stuffed crispy phyllo (vegetarian)

  • Strawberry Lavender Cold Soup (seasonal)

  • Bacon Wrapped Scallops - jumbo scallops coated in maple balsamic glaze (gf, df)

  • Deep Fried Cheese - panko crusted mixed herb or maple bacon paired with roasted garlic dip (vegetarian)

  • Beef Sliders - gourmet beef, smoked cheddar, garlic aioli, toasted bun (gf optional)

  • Caesar Salad Bites - parmesan cups, house made caesar, crispy bacon (vegetarian optional, gf)

  • Falafels - tangy chickpea patties, hummus, micro greens (gf, df, vegan)

  • Cucumber Hummus Cups - hollowed cucumber, seasonal hummus, micro greens (gf, df, vegan)

  • Pickled Beet & Goat Cheese Skewer - (gf, vegetarian)

  • Roast Beef Crepes - horseradish, whipped herb cream cheese 

  • Grilled Chicken Skewers - marinated juicey chicken topped with maple balsamic gastrique (gf, df) 

  • Flank Steak Skewers - tender beef with a creamy green peppercorn sauce (gf)
